I am starting this blog in attempt to capture the last few weeks of my pregnancy. Up until now everything has ran smoothly and I have absolutely loved being pregnant!! I am hoping that the remaining few weeks will run as smoothly! It's crazy to think that I have wanted to have a baby for so long and now it is actually happening!!
Rene and I will be married 5 years in July and this is our first child. When I met Rene 9 years ago I knew that we would be together. He is my absolute heart and soul and I wouldn't be where I am now with out him! There have been times that I imagined my life and just as every girl, I saw a wonderfully loving husband and a beautiful baby in a home that we built. I have to say that right now all we lack is our baby boy, who will be here in a few weeks. Rene is such a hard worker. He is driven, determined, dedicated, and an amazingly loving, kind, caring man that I am proud to call my husband and father of our child!
As I mentioned before we are having a baby boy. His name is Ryan Paul Rubio and is due July 5. We are ready for him to be here. His nursery is set up and Rene and I couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out! So according to all the baby websites, Ryan should weigh about 5 pounds and be 17 inches long already! He has had the hiccups something awful the last few days. He gets them about 5 times a day...could you imagine having the hiccups that many times in one day? He sleeps through the night and is up most of the day, for now anyway! I hope that he stays with that routine!
